Nice and friendly owner and willing to help. For example, I had a flat car tire. He helped me to fix this in heavy rain so could catch my plain in time. Nice breakfast.

The room was good-sized, en suite, you can use free Wi-Fi here. The location was fantastic and incredible, short walk from a ferry port. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Broughty Ferry Beach.
